Shipping/processing policy

• Pre-order Shipping & Processing:

• Please allow up to 4 business days for all orders to process. (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays). 
• Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. 
• It takes approximately 7 business days to receive your order!
• After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.
• Shipping takes between 2-3 business days.

• Ready To Ship Shipping & Processing

• Processing 1-2 Business days, USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Day Shipping)    

• After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

  

• Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
